Our core values are considered to be the basis of our vision and our ministry. We believe these values to be the hub, and the foundation by which many other ministries may grow, in many different directions. Our core values are where we must seek unity and agreement. Philippians 2:2, “then make my joy complete by being like-minded, having the same love, being one in spirit and purpose.”
- Christ - We believe Christ to be the very foundation of our lives and our ministry. We look to Him as our Savior, our teacher, our leader, and our example for ministry (Phil. 3:10, Eph. 2:20).
- Biblical Truth - We approach the Bible as God’s holy, inspired, written Word. The Bible is the truth and authority by which we live and find guidance for our ministry (2 Tim. 3:16-17).
- Prayer - We value the power of prayer and respect the privilege to speak with God individually and corporately (Eph. 6:18, Phil. 4:6, 1 Thess. 5:11, Luke 18:1).
- Grace - We value grace and the unique gifting in every believer’s life for their individual ministry as a part of the Body of Christ (Eph 4:7, 15-16).
- Discipleship - We value discipleship and believe it to be Jesus’ example and universal method for delivering the gospel message throughout the entire world (Matt. 28:16-20).
- Partnership - We first look to God as our primary partner (Matt. 28:20, Acts 1:8), and we value all those on our ministry team whom God has called into partnership with us (Eccl. 4:9-12).
- Diversity - We value and believe the gospel message is for all people from different nations, different cultures, different backgrounds, and different denominations. All are welcome (Acts 10:35, Gal. 3:28, Rev. 14:6)!
- Holiness - We value Holiness as exemplified in living lives of integrity, focused on truth (Matt. 5:37, 2 Cor.1:12, 2 Cor. 13:8, 1 Peter 1:15).
- Excellence - We strive for excellence in every aspect of our ministry (Matt. 5:48, 2 Cor. 13:11).
- Leadership - We value our opportunity and responsibility to raise up and train spiritual leaders to minister in their unique calling in grace and anointing of the Holy Spirit (Eph. 4: 11, 12; 1 Cor. 12:7-11; Rom. 12:6-8).
